Make sure that you body keeps hydrated all the time by enough water<\/li><li><strong>Proper sitting style<\/strong> &#8211; Maintaining good posture all day requires conscious effort<\/li><li><strong>Intervals during work<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Workout \/ Exercise<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Avoid alcohol \/ tobacco \/ drugs<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Be strong mindful<\/strong>  &#8211;
